1. Exhibitors will use their own staff and equipments during transport and assembling.
   
   
2. Exhibitors will be responsible for the damage occurred during entrance, transport and decoration.
   
   
3. Assembling and decorating must be completed by 28th March 2009 until 22:00.
   
   
4. On exhibition days at 09:00 a representative of exhibitors must be available at their stands.
   
   
5. On exhibition days exhibitors could bring new materials to their stands only between 10:00-09:45. It is not permitted to bring new materials out of these hours.
   
   
6. All kinds of activities must be firstly approved by ANFAS A.S. and can be performed at the determinate hours within the space of their stand. It is required that the sound level do not disturb other exhibitors. Otherwise fair management has the right to cut off the electricity.
   
   
7. Exhibitors must approve their special stand projects to ANFAS A.S. in order to prevent administrative and technical breakdowns during assembling. The fair management reserves the right for not applying the unapproved projects.
   
   
8. It is not permitted to destroy stand walls during decorating.
   
   
9. During the exhibition day, assembling and dismantling, the exhibitors are responsible for the social and personnel insurance of their staff (Hostess, Entertainment Team, Service Staff etc.)
